Declaration about our company's angle steel products meeting the technical standards of China and Russia

As a company specializing in the processing and production of steel products, our company always regards product quality and technical compliance as our core competitiveness. I. Chinese standards fully meet the standards

• 1. Production execution standards: GB/T 706-2016

The angle steel products used by our company are strictly selected according to the "Hot Rolled Section Steel" (GB/T 706-2016), covering core indicators such as dimensional tolerances, cross-sectional shapes, and mechanical properties (such as tensile strength ≥ 375MPa, yield strength ≥ 235MPa) of equal and unequal angle steel. By precise temperature control rolling process and full process quality monitoring, we ensure that the product fully meets the standard requirements in terms of load-bearing capacity, durability, and other aspects.

• 2. Product testing standards: GB/T 9787-2016

In the quality inspection process, we use the "Dimensions, Shape, Weight, and Allowable Deviation of Hot Rolled Equal Angle Steel" (GB/T 9787-2016) as the testing benchmark to conduct batch by batch testing of key parameters such as edge width, edge thickness, length deviation, and curvature of the product, and keep complete testing reports for future reference. By using high-precision measuring instruments and third-party laboratories for retesting, we ensure the authenticity and traceability of the data.

II. Compatible with Russian GOST 8509-93 standard

In order to expand the international market, our company conducted in-depth benchmarking analysis on the Russian GOST 8509-93 "Specification for Hot Rolled Equal Sided Angle Steel". The results show that:

-Dimensional requirements: The product's edge width (20mm-200mm) and edge thickness (3mm-24mm) should overlap with GOST 8509-93 in height, and the tolerance control should be stricter than the Russian standard requirements.

-Performance consistency: The mechanical performance indicators (such as elongation ≥ 22%) fully comply with the Russian standard regulations and have been verified by a laboratory recognized by the Russian side.

-Process adaptability: Adopting a hot rolling process compatible with Russian standards to ensure that the product's impact resistance and corrosion resistance in low-temperature environments meet the usage requirements of the CIS region.

III. Quality Commitment and International Assurance

We have established a full chain quality control system from raw material procurement, production and processing to finished product testing, and have obtained ISO 9001 quality management certification. For orders exported to the Russian and Eurasian markets, we can provide bilingual testing certificates for both Chinese and Russian, or entrust international inspection agencies (such as SGS) to conduct GOST compliance certification to assist customers in efficient customs clearance and project acceptance.
